We are slowly getting the house cleaned up. It has been a lot of work. The renter left everything including her clothes, furniture and junk. We have been taking load after load of clothes to our house and slowly filling up our shop. We also have piles of trash that we'll haul out next week in the garbage.
We've discovered we need to fix the kitchen floor and replace two doors. Right now we're gathering estimates and we'll go from there. So expensive....
On a fun note, we had practice with the Sweethearts last night. Shelby was so excited to do something with the horses, as was her Mommy. :) WHile I was saddling horses a group of our friends was hanging around in a circle. Shelby likes to hold on to the horse's lead line. This is what she discovered last night. Too funny! Then, of course, the audience (our friends) approved with laughter so she would do it over and over again.
